AEDM: What Day Are We On?

Though I've lost count, I'm still trying to be creative every day this month. I've tried hard all day to clear my desk of tasks so that tomorrow I can get lost in my studio -- with a little time to blog, of course. We're picking out a new couch and one of my tasks today was to finalize our fabric selection. A very creative endeavor, I'd say, since it also involved creatively describing why my choice was better than my husband's. HA! (That's not really fair; he actually has very good taste.)

As soon as I'm done here, I'm heading upstairs. I want to get to sleep so I can get an early start in the morning. I really should do yard work -- my plants look very forlorn -- and clean up the Halloween decorations but NO! I'm heading to the studio and (hopefully) no one can stop me! :)

I tell you Vivien, we may as well be writing the same blog. I'm trying to do the garden clean up (cut back stuff) as well as finish planting the bulbs...but I've been struggling with my FFFC piece and have some other quilty things I need (read WANT) to do and hope to limit my self to two hours outside, an hour to doing "must do tasks...like bills" and the rest I hope to lock my self up in my "studio"....or sewing room....or pigsty, whichever you want to call it!

Good for you! I don't know how you do all that you do, studio time is well deserved.
Beautiful fall picture, too.
I did finish up in the garden yesterday taking advantage of the warm day. Whew! I'm glad it's behind me.
