A Little Bit of Whimsy

Our fiber art group is preparing an exhibition for May.  Each of us had to create a 12"x12" piece using a pre-selected technique (to avoid duplicates).  I chose using tracing paper as a pattern for stitching.  Here are a few pictures showing the progression from a stitched drawing to a finished piece I'm calling "Whimsy".  It was a carefree and fun piece to make.
